Key Accounts Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Exciting opportunity to be part of the Company's ambitious growth plans by initiating and growing acceptance of various innovative payment services and solutions for retail merchants and other organisations
  • Manage and build strong customer relationships with retail merchants and other organizations
  • Manage payment and loyalty programmes with existing clients; work with clients to design and implement loyalty and payment related campaigns and offers
  • Identify, analyse and develop new opportunities, and implement new products within existing client relationships
  • Identify, analyse and develop new client opportunities
  • Potentially step up to a people manager role in a fast growing organisation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing preferred, other type of Bachelor's Degree considered
  • At least 3 years' sales experience
  • Experience in retail sales for payment and/or loyalty (card) products will be an added advantage.
  • Resourcefulness in identifying and sourcing new business opportunities
  • Excellent communication / interpersonal skills
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin an advantage
  • Goal-oriented, self-starter, capable of maintaining high level of productivity with minimal supervision
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
