OPERATION EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities:

• Provide support for Deployment Team in Configure Management
  
• Manage and maintain customer information and details
  
• Responsible for inventory management
  
• Ensure proper documentation of all maintenance, repair and servicing activities

Requirements:

• NITEC/Technical certificate/Diploma in computer engineering or equivalent
  
• Ability to multi-task between several customer situations at the same time
  
• Good communication & interpersonal skills
  
• Position could entail working non-standard hours, holidays and weekends
