Field Service Technician
Responsibilities:
- Assist to execute day-to-day service tasks
- Monitor incident details, including the configuration items affected
- Provide incident and problem investigation and diagnosis (including resolution where possible)
- Monitor the status and progress towards resolution of all open incidents
- Detect potential trends and liaise with the problem management team when required
- Prepare terminals for replacement
- Ensure that sufficient hardware spares are on-hand to meet service level requirements
- Provide 24/7 technical and on-site support (if required)
- Other adhoc tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- GCE "O" Level or ITE with 1 to 2 years experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified
- Working knowledge in electronic payment services preferred
- Able to communicate in English and Mandarin
- Must have class 2B driving license and possess own motorcycle
