Field Service Technician

Responsibilities:

  • Assist to execute day-to-day service tasks
  • Monitor incident details, including the configuration items affected
  • Provide incident and problem investigation and diagnosis (including resolution where possible)
  • Monitor the status and progress towards resolution of all open incidents
  • Detect potential trends and liaise with the problem management team when required
  • Prepare terminals for replacement
  • Ensure that sufficient hardware spares are on-hand to meet service level requirements
  • Provide 24/7 technical and on-site support (if required)
  • Other adhoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • GCE "O" Level or ITE with 1 to 2 years experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified
  • Working knowledge in electronic payment services preferred
  • Able to communicate in English and Mandarin
  • Must have class 2B driving license and possess own motorcycle
