C3 is a specialised Consumer Data Analytics and Targeted Marketing firm. We assist our clients to data-mine, analyse, segment, profile their consumer database as well as to embark and monitor targeted marketing acquisition, retention, cross-sell, up-sell campaigns and promotions.

We deploy a wide array of state-of-the-art data analytics and business intelligence software, coupled with specialised consumer analysts and consultants to help our clients achieve powerful business insights on their consumer base. Some of our analysis services include: -

  • Consumer analysis: Focuses on understanding individuals, for example, who they are, their behaviour and their attitudes. Segmenting consumer and prospect base enables clients to develop strategic approaches to CRM. We can segment existing customers; apply this to both clients’ customer and prospect base; create a wider segmentation of the marketplace or the population as a whole. The methods used range from simple rules-based segmentation through to advanced clustering techniques.
  • Spatial analysis: Focuses on understanding the geographic dynamics between supply (retail activity) and demand (consumers). Catchment analysis helps organisations/retailers understand where customers come from, who they are, where the competition is located and the level of the competition. We can determine the size and shape of the catchment area of a store or retail centre and, by creating similar catchment areas for neighbours, identify the degree of overlap and the level of competition. We can also analyse known information on individuals living in a catchment area to identify their key characteristics, supporting activities such as network planning, category management and product ranging. Through store performance analysis, we can assist organisations/retailers to identify the key drivers of sales and assess existing and target performance. We apply a range of methods to the data derived from this analysis, including regression modelling, analogue techniques and gravity modelling, in order to forecast sales for existing and potential stores, and the impact of new stores, including those of competitors, on an existing retail network.

C3 provides specialised Private Consumer Data Warehousing services to our clients, ensuring continuous knowledge accumulation of our clients’ consumers. This allows our small and medium clients to strategically preserve and enhance their understanding of their consumers in a cost effective manner, thus protecting this increasingly important key asset in a consumer-driven economy. In addition, we offer data refresh and cleansing services for such clients ensuring that our clients’ data remain up to date thus protecting the asset value.

We also offer specific consumer products to our clients depending on their specific needs and industry. Such products include: -

  • Loyalty Programme Systems (ASP and Enterprise)
    • Posh offers both Enterprise as well as ASP Loyalty Programmes Services to our clients. Clients utilise such services to offer white label loyalty – reward programmes for their consumers.
  • Gift Card Systems (ASP and Enterprise)
    • We offer white-label Gift Card Services to our clients. Such Gift Card services provide more powerful tracking, expenditure and security features compared to Gift Vouchers.
  • Private Label Card Systems (ASP and Enterprise)
    • Posh also offers comprehensive Private Label Card Services to our clients, ranging from pre-paid cards systems (magnetic swipe or contactless cards), credit cards systems, fleet cards systems as well as corporate cards systems. Our systems cover all infrastructure components (cards, terminals, hosts) as well as all payment and billing functionalities (pre-authorisation, sale, refund, void, settlement, revolving interest calculation, instalment plan functions, bill generation, etc)

C3 is also an Independent third-party Consumer Information service provider. We undertake extensive market surveys, consumer data acquisitions as well as operate independent consumer portals to support our Consumer Bureau. We adopt global best practices in Consumer Privacy, Anti-Spam and Data Protection governance and provide specialised Consumer outreach Channels for our clients. We do NOT release consumer data as a service, but provide a managed channel for clients to reach out to their specified profile and demographics of consumers. Such Consumer Information is kept separate and distinct from client data. We adopt a one-way refresh model whereby, we refresh our clients’ consumer data as a service from updates from the Consumer Bureau, but do not update or make available to the Consumer Bureau our respective clients data. All Consumer Bureau Information is gathered by Posh from consumers directly.
