KPS provides fully managed merchant payment infrastructure services to our bank clients. Headquartered in Singapore, we have offices and service centres in Malaysia and Thailand.

We work with Credit and Debit Card Merchant Acquirers to service and support all their card-acquiring merchants. The banks manage their merchants, while we manage the merchants’ payment infrastructure.

With the expansion of consumer and payment related technologies, Merchant Acquiring Banks are increasingly forced to provide regular and innovative card payment solutions to their merchant clients. In addition, multiple and rapid changes in card payment standards and form factors are putting significant strain on Merchant Acquiring Banks to ensure optimal service delivery to their merchants in a cost-effective manner.
